The Agency
Two decades closing pest cases across Central Texas. Here's how we got here, who does the work, and what we believe in.
Agency Timeline
- 2004
Founded by Marcus Cole out of a single service van, operating solo across South Austin.
- 2008
Expanded to cover the full Austin metro. Added first two field agents and opened the South Lamar office.
- 2012
Launched the Wildlife Division — squirrels, raccoons, and armadillos officially added to the Most Wanted list.
- 2016
Achieved QualityPro certification, the pest control industry's gold standard for professionalism and ethics.
- 2020
Launched 24/7 emergency response line. No more waiting until Monday for a scorpion situation.
- 2024
20th anniversary. Over 2,000 cases closed. Still the same philosophy: find it, eliminate it, keep it out.
The Team
Every case is closed by a real person who knows this city, knows its pests, and takes the work seriously.
-
Marcus Cole
Chief Investigator
MW-001Marcus has been outwitting insects and rodents since before most of his technicians were old enough to be scared of them. He built the Most Wanted service methodology from the ground up, with a philosophy that a thorough inspection is worth ten shortcuts in treatment. When he's not closing cases, he's mentoring newer agents or arguing — respectfully — that German cockroaches are smarter than most people give them credit for.
-
Elena Reyes
Senior Field Agent
MW-007Elena can read a mud tube the way other people read a text message — instantly, and with a clear sense of what it means. She holds a Board Certified Entomologist designation in wood-destroying organisms and has personally overseen termite treatments on everything from century-old craftsman bungalows to commercial warehouse slabs. She takes it personally when termites win.
-
Dave Chen
Senior Field Agent
MW-012Dave has a gift for finding the holes that no one else notices — a quarter-inch gap behind a dryer vent flap, a settling crack under a garage door threshold, a weep hole with a missing screen. His clients consistently report that his walkthroughs feel less like a pest inspection and more like a home audit. He views every unsealed gap as a personal affront.
-
Sarah Okafor
Dispatch Coordinator
MW-024Sarah is the reason the right technician shows up at the right address with the right equipment — every single day. She coordinates a multi-agent field operation across the greater Austin area and somehow makes it look effortless. If you've ever called in an emergency at 7 PM and had someone at your door by 9, there's a very good chance Sarah made that happen.
-
Jake Morrison
Wildlife Specialist
MW-031Jake came to pest control from a background in wildlife biology, which means he understands the animals he's dealing with well enough to stay two steps ahead of them. He's removed raccoons, opossums, squirrels, snakes, and at least one very unhappy fox from Austin-area properties, and he approaches every job with a calm that both customers and animals seem to find reassuring. He also holds a Texas Parks & Wildlife nuisance wildlife control certification.

Agency Values
-
No Pest Left Behind
We don't treat what we can see and call it done. Every inspection goes until we've found every active harboring point and every possible entry.
-
Straight Talk
Honest diagnosis, honest pricing, no upsells you don't need. We tell you exactly what you have, what it takes to fix it, and what it costs.
-
Same-Day Response
Pest problems don't wait, and neither do we. Call before noon and we'll be on-site same day. Emergencies get a two-hour guarantee.
-
Science First
Every treatment we recommend is backed by entomological research, not marketing. We use the right tool for the biology of the pest — not the biggest one.
-
Community Roots
We've been Austin locals since day one. We donate to community clean-up efforts, support local schools, and hire locally — full stop.
