Operation Brief
Termites cause more structural damage annually than fires, floods, and windstorms combined, and they do it without making a single sound you can hear. Our termite treatment program combines a thorough wood-destroying organism inspection with industry-leading liquid treatments and bait station technology to eliminate existing colonies and intercept new ones before they establish.
Subterranean termites are the most disciplined criminals in the pest world. They work in shifts, around the clock, 365 days a year — and they don’t stop until there’s nothing left to eat or something stops them. By the time most homeowners spot swarmers or notice hollow-sounding wood, a mature colony may have been active for three to five years already. Our termite program starts with a thorough WDO inspection that documents every sign of current or past activity: mud tubes, frass, damaged wood, and conducive conditions that read like an open invitation.
For active infestations, we use a two-pronged approach. A liquid termiticide application around the foundation creates a treated zone in the soil that kills termites moving through it and spreads through the colony as workers carry it back. Where soil treatment isn’t enough — around slab penetrations, under porches, or near moisture-damaged wood — we perform targeted sub-slab injections to close every gap. This isn’t a spray-and-pray operation; every application point is mapped and documented in a digital report you can reference for future real estate transactions.
Once the colony is eliminated, in-ground bait stations go in around the perimeter to catch any new scouts before they recruit a workforce. We monitor those stations on every annual inspection visit, which is included in your one-year renewable warranty. Termites are patient — but so are we, and we have better chemistry.
