Wildlife Removal

Raccoons in the attic. Opossums under the deck. Squirrels in the walls. They're not paying rent, and we're their eviction notice.

Operation Brief

Wild animals in and around your home are more than a nuisance — they chew wiring, contaminate insulation with urine and droppings, tear open HVAC ducts, and can introduce parasites into your living space. Our wildlife removal service combines humane live trapping with structural exclusion to remove the animal and prevent the next one from moving into the vacancy.

Wildlife doesn’t move into your attic because it’s looking for adventure — it moves in because it found a gap in your roofline, a soffit vent with a rusted screen, or a fascia board that was starting to rot. By the time you hear scratching in the ceiling at 2 AM, there’s usually an established nest, and depending on the species, possibly a litter. Raccoons, squirrels, opossums, and the occasional fox squirrel all have their own preferred entry strategies, and knowing the species matters before any trap goes out.

Our process starts with a structural assessment to identify not just where the animal is, but how it got there and what kind of damage it may have caused in the meantime. Raccoons are notorious for pulling back insulation, leaving behind significant contamination, and occasionally chewing on electrical wiring — not out of spite, but they do it all the same. We document entry points with photos, assess the extent of any damage, and set appropriate live traps in locations that intercept the animal’s routine movement patterns.

Once the animal is removed, relocation is handled in compliance with Texas Parks & Wildlife regulations. Then we address the structural entry points — reinforcing soffit vents, sealing gaps at the roofline, and hardening any other openings that could invite the next tenant. We don’t just catch what’s already inside; we make sure there’s no vacancy sign left on when we’re done.
